- Documents you send for an assessment: TNB bills, TNB load profile data, single-line diagrams and floor plans

- To prepare the MD assessment you asked for and contact you about it
- To send occasional notes on MD and tariffs, only if you opted in
Who we share it with
Partners who work on your assessment or project, under confidentiality terms. We do not sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Retention periods to be confirmed by counsel, including how long assessment documents are kept when no contract follows.
