One platform. Five modules. Every interval.
Measure, predict, dispatch, verify and bill on one data model, from the meter on your incomer to the report on the boardroom table.
Regens Smart Energy Management
The measurement layer. Every result Regens reports is verified against this data, so it has to be complete and honest about its own gaps.
- Interval data from smart meters on incomers, feeders and major loads
- Meter coverage per site, with Live, Delayed and No data states on every reading
- Power factor, kVA and consumption roll-ups from meter to site to portfolio
- A meter that stops reporting shows a dash, never 0 kW
| Meter | Load | State | Demand (kW) |
|---|---|---|---|
| MTR-0101 | Incomer A | Live | 1,205 |
| MTR-0102 | Incomer B | Live | 438 |
| MTR-0142 | Chiller plant | Delayed | 613 |
| MTR-0167 | Lighting DB-3 | No data | — |
Regens Smart Demand Management
RSDM forecasts each site's unmanaged maximum demand and sets the target for the guaranteed shave: forecast MD less the guaranteed kW. It then sizes the shave for every 30-minute interval, and everything else on the platform works to that number.
- Real-time demand per incomer, on the 30-minute interval and 14:00–22:00 working-day peak period TNB bills on
- Interval forecasts of what the site would draw without Regens
- Targets per site, re-set as the forecast moves so the guaranteed kW holds
- Dispatch requests handed to RSSO, which decides the source mix
Regens Smart Source Optimization
Hybrid source dispatch. The RSSO decides which source carries the load and when battery storage discharges, and keeps state of charge in range for the next peak.
- Battery storage dispatch sized to each interval, not a fixed block
- Source availability, run state and alarms in one RSSO view
- Every command is a request the site controller can refuse, with the reason shown
- Nothing shows as applied until the controller acknowledges it
Regens Smart Load Management
Consumption and verified savings. RSLM sets the IPMVP-ready baseline and tracks every measure against it, with two sub-modules for the loads that matter most.
- RSLM · Chiller Optimization: plant efficiency in kW/RT, with setpoint and staging recommendations
- RSLM · Lighting Optimization: schedules, occupancy dimming and circuit-level analytics
- Savings tracked per measure, per site, against the agreed baseline
Regens Smart Billing Management
Tenant billing for malls and commercial buildings. RSBM bills from RSEM meter data, so every invoice traces back to a meter reading.
- Automated monthly tenant invoices from sub-metered consumption
- An audit trail from invoice line to meter ID and reading
- Disputes logged against the reading they question
| Tenant unit | Meter | Consumption (kWh) | Amount (RM) |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1-03 | SUB-1103 | 3,412.6 | 1,979.31 |
| L2-14 | SUB-1214 | 12,086.2 | 7,010.00 |
| L3-07 | SUB-1307 | 842.0 | 488.36 |
Supervisory by design.
Regens writes to live plant, so it is built to be refused. Protection, interlocks and synchronisation stay with your site controller. Every Regens command is a request the controller can decline, and the platform shows the reason.
- Segmented OT and ITOT-native intrusion prevention at the plant edge and a next-generation firewall at the IT/OT boundary, in Purdue-aligned zones.
- Confirmation in proportion to consequencePlant-wide changes need hold-to-confirm. Nothing shows as applied until the controller acknowledges it.
- Every write loggedWho, when, the old value and the new value, in each site's activity log.
See it on your own meter data.
An MD assessment runs your bills and interval data through RSDM and returns the kW shave we would guarantee.
