Commercial terms built around a number.

Every Regens contract starts from a figure you can check on your own meter data: a guaranteed kW shave, a baseline, a verified saving. Three models, one measurement basis.

Regens Guarantee

A guaranteed maximum demand shave, in kW.

Regens does not fix a ceiling for your site. It guarantees how many kW come off your maximum demand, and the shave follows your load: if your MD would have been 2,318 kW, you are billed on 1,718 kW. The figure is written into your SLA before the project starts and measured on the same 30-minute interval your utility bills on.

What the SLA sets out
  • ShaveThe kW taken off maximum demand each billing month, per site. Example: 600 kW.
  • BasisBilled MD is the utility's 30-minute reading in the 14:00–22:00 peak period on working days. Unmanaged MD is the same reading rebuilt from metered grid import plus metered Regens dispatch. The verified shave is the difference.
  • RemedyWhat happens if the verified shave falls short of the guaranteed kW, agreed in writing up front.
  • ReviewHow the guaranteed kW is reset when your load changes, such as a new production line.

Regens Zero Capex

No capital outlay on your side.

Storage, controls and metering are funded by Regens investment partners. Regens designs, integrates and operates the system, and reports performance from the same platform you use. Terms are agreed per site.

Regens Outperforms

Beat the figure, share the upside.

When the verified shave beats the guaranteed kW, the additional savings are shared. Verification runs on meter data both sides can see, so there is nothing to argue about.

One billing month · maximum demand
Unmanaged MD
2,318 kW
Less 600 kW
1,718 kW
Verified MD
1,648 kW

Verified shave came in at 670 kW, 70 kW beyond the guaranteed 600 kW. The value of that extra reduction is shared under the agreed split.

One set of numbers, both sides of the table.

Baseline

An IPMVP-ready baseline is agreed before the project starts, from your bills and interval data.

Measurement

The same meter data feeds your dashboard and our report. Gaps show as gaps, never as zero.

Reporting

Each billing month: verified MD shave against the guaranteed kW, kWh against the baseline, and verified savings.

Before you ask.

Which sites are a good fit?

Commercial and industrial sites billed on maximum demand, usually on medium- or high-voltage supply, where a few peak intervals set the month. The MD assessment confirms whether the numbers work for your site before anything is proposed.

What happens if the shave falls short of the guarantee?

The remedy is written into the SLA before the project starts, together with the guaranteed kW and how it is measured. You will know the answer before you sign.

Who does the electrical installation?

Licensed contractors carry out the electrical works. Regens designs the system, integrates it with your plant and runs the platform.

Does Regens take control of our plant?

No. Regens is supervisory. Protection, interlocks and synchronisation stay with your site controller, which can refuse any Regens request. The platform shows every refusal and its reason.

Start with your own numbers.

The MD assessment gives you the demand profile and the kW shave we would guarantee, before you commit to anything.
